TECH TEAM GOAL: Create an environment to facilitate the movement of the Holy Spirit in leading people to a new victory in Christ visually and audibly while personally growing in our connection with Jesus and others as we serve through the gifts God has given us.

I commit to Victory church as my home church and to the leadership of the church and its senior pastor. *

I commit to leading worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:24) and I understand that to do so means placing Jesus Christ first in my life through a personal relationship with Him, praying daily, and reading the Bible daily to the best of my ability. *

I commit to serving by using the best of my God-given musical talents and by helping in whatever area I am needed during rehearsals and ministry nights. (1 Chronicles 25:7) *

I commit to glorifying God at all times by placing the worship of God before musical performance. *

I commit to preparing my heart before rehearsals and ministry nights by being “prayed up” so I may serve and share of my life with others as a sacrifice of praise (Hebrews 13:15). *

I commit to staying humble to receive instruction from leadership especially under sometimes very trying circumstances. I understand that I may have to adapt and be flexible to both corrections and last minute changes. *

I commit to conducting myself at all times and in all places in a Christian manner. (1 Timothy 4:12) *

I commit to working through differences (James 1:19) in a gentle and respectful manner and I agree to be an encouragement to others with my words (Ephesians 4:29), including toward leadership when disagreements arise or when frustration levels peak. *

I commit to attending church weekly, (even when I am not scheduled for worship) for my own personal spiritual growth. *

I commit to attend my scheduled rehearsals, including weekend rehearsals on occasion and will contact leadership within a reasonable amount of time before hand if I plan to be absent. *

If I am unable to attend a rehearsal or the weekend that I am scheduled for, I agree to find a replacement and the worship leader scheduled for that week.

As a member of the band, I commit to listening, learning and practicing all music distributed so that in band rehearsals and ministry nights, I will know and be ready to play my part. *

I commit to continually pursue excellence before God by learning, practicing, and progressing in my skill level in Propresenter, sound board and/or my musical instrument (or voice). *
